  Company Owners

Chad G. Barger

Chad G. Barger co-founded Attorney's Certified Services with two things in mind; giving clients a quality litigation support firm they could depend on; and giving clients the personal touch that is all to often lost with the larger companies. Formerly with the Kern County Sheriff's Department, Chad brings years of law enforcement and investigation experience to our firm.

Chad has received awards for excellence and outreach to his local community and has built a reputation for honesty and quality.

In 1994, Chad became a member of C.A.P.P.S. (The California Association of Photocopiers and Process Servers) and in 2001 became a member of N.A.P.P.S. (The National Association of Professional Process Servers).

Charles J. Schmidt

Charles J. Schmidt co-founded Attorney's Certified Services with his grandson Chad B. Barger. Together they have built a company with the same goals in mind. Quality work with a personal touch. Formerly the owner of Pioneer Allen Services, Charles brings years of business experience to our firm. With all of Charles' experience, he had the foresight to see a need for a quality legal support firm in our community. Since its inception, Attorney's Certified Services has been honored to be one of Kern Counties most reputable legal support firms.

In 1994, Charles also became a member of
C.A.P.P.S.  (The California Association of Photocopiers and Process Servers) and in 2001 became a member of N.A.P.P.S. (The National Association of Professional Process Servers).
